- Assist Project managers ensure all projects are delivered successfully

**Role Description**:
The role is responsible for providing a range of IT project support to deliver the outcomes of the project or projects. You'll be assigned to various projects and will support project managers to ensure projects are monitored and delivered successfully within the required timeframes. The role will work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships.

**Deliverables**
- Prepare regular project reports on the project's progress, budget and resources.
- Assist Project Manager in overseeing projects and helping to mitigate issues and challenges.
- Scheduling tasks and managing resources, as required.
- Assist in conducting Quality assurance activities.
- Organising meetings, meeting minutes and setting agendas.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Updating and maintaining project records, registers and documentation.
- Distributing project documentation.
- Monitor and track project expenditure.
- Co-ordinate procurement activities; and

**Required Skills & Experience**
Minimum 3 years in project support roles.

**Key Performance Indicators**
Performance will be measured against the Deliverables.
