As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will report to the Quality Assurance Manager and work closely with the Claims & Operations Teams, TPAs and Authorised Agents to proactively undertake Quality Assurance Reviews.

You will actively promote continuous improvement and enhancement of processes reviewed through the QA program, utilising QA data together with other data sources to identify and share opportunities to enhance customer service and improve quality.
- Important to your success - let's grow together- Strong Insurance experience and Claims knowledge
- Experience in identifying report and remediate compliance &/or regulatory breaches
- Solid technical knowledge in at least one GI class of insurance
- Detailed understanding of the Claims life cycle and relevant legislation
- High numeracy and analytical skills
- Intermediate computer / technology literacy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
