About the Role
We are looking for a full time Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Asia Pacific General Counsel team. Reporting to the General Counsel/ Chief Risk Officer - Asia Pacific, this role will be responsible for the strengthening of the Insurer Contract Process with internal stakeholders and actioning Project initiatives in conjunction with our Underwriting and Compliance teams.
**The role will see responsibility for**:
Ensuring quality assurance in the implementation of contract details in systems
Management and monitoring of contract checklists to ensure completion
Follow up of stakeholders on any outstanding aspect of the contracts, including outstanding contract endorsements and finalising responses with the UK broker and Insurers
Draft and issue of Underwriting Directives to the internal Underwriting teams communicating any Insurer Contract changes
Update of internal Underwriting Guidelines and obtaining relevant Insurer and/or Underwriting Management approval prior to communication to the Underwriting teams
Providing reports as requested, and to keep the Risk and Compliance Committee and Senior Management informed of the operation and progress of contract processes and projects

You will be a strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex concepts. With a high attention to detail and the demonstrated confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, you will have a proven track record of embedding high professional standards and best practice into an organisation.
