As a Platform Product Owner for the Corporate Core Platforms, you will work with cross-functional squads to deliver data products and outcomes that meet our customers’ needs while delivering business value in line with risk appetite. You will be responsible for prioritisation of work and advocate for the customer voice, maintaining a safe, secure and scalable platform.

**What you’ll do**
- Accountable for removing blockers on behalf of the Squad
- Translating Platform purpose into Squad goals, ensuring Squad members deliver on desired customer and business outcomes
- Responsible for adhering to the guardrails for the Platform and maintaining a safe, secure and scalable platform, and setting platform specific guardrails (if required)
- Responsible for discovery and experimentation of ideas and deliver solutions to internal customers
- Accountable for the squad backlog, ensuring outcomes are desired
- Accountable for ensuring squad is compliant with appropriate governance (inc. as sign-off point)
- Drive efficiency and enablement capability in the tribes that are consuming the platform
- Own relationship and partner with Platform Leads to drive strategic agenda

**What you’ll bring**
- Relevant university degree or equivalent desired
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a Technology driven environment, ideally within the Financial Services industry
- Minimum 1 year of project delivery and people leadership experience
- Experience with Finance platforms such as Oracle and Pentaho is desired
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Solid technology background and foundational asset knowledge
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical skills in managing change and run of technology assets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to lead, influence and drive a strategic view
