As a **Product Owner, Cards Platform & Compliance** you will be joining the **Lending Experience and Personal Loans** team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Work closely with Card Scheme partners on the delivery program
- Translate end user / customer insights into Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria, which can easily be understood by the Squad
- Perform analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change, etc) in order to articulate business need and solution requirements.
- As the Product Owner make decisions on business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery
- As the Product Owner define and own the value definition of Stories,
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalating events, issues or breaches as they are identified.

Experience
- Demonstrated understanding of Banking (Financial Products) and internal operations of the Bank
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and teams, helping shape backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
- Supporting workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change.
- Strong understanding of unsecured lending products
- Delivery of scheme related chances
