WesTrac is looking for an experienced and skilled **Learning & Development Specialist - Facilitator **to join our Learning & Development team at our offices in South Guildford, WA in a permanent position.

Reporting directly to the Learning and Development Lead - Facilitator, this hands-on position will be responsible for the delivery, evaluation, and coordination of WesTrac’s internal business and leadership programs for WesTrac employees. This position requires a facilitation style that is interactive, structured, supportive, and engaging.

This position provides opportunities in mentoring, support and coaching to WesTrac employees, therefore would suit someone with extensive experience in facilitation, coaching and the ability to effectively build and maintain high-level professional relationships.

**About you**:
Education/Certificates
- Tertiary level qualifications in the field of Human Resources, Organisational Development or similar; coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, and/or Training.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)

Experience and Knowledge
- Proven experience in implementing sustainable Learning and Development initiatives in large and complex organisations;
- Outstanding facilitation skills
- Advanced people management experience with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate teams across multiple functions
- Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to maintain successful relationships
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), including negotiation and facilitation skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment and manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite including Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Visio as well as various training tools and programmes e.g., SAP Enable Now (SEN) & Articulate.
