Key Responsibilities
- Engages all levels of the BU / Dept by providing QM & CSDS guidance and leadership
- Reinforce CSDS principles and drive CSDS Objectives
- Solicit feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement, conducts outreach programs / workshops for Quality Mindset Awareness & Voice of Customers
- Strategize, Plan & Implement Certis Service Delivery System (CSDS) program initiatives (within and across BU/Dept/Country/states.)
- Manage CSDS Activities including stock-taking of progress in adoption of CSDS
- Monitor and facilitate CSDS Sites/Processes Certifications, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and all CSDS Audit & Compliance Systems
- Assist CSDS Champions and Managers work together to ensure that their KPIs for CSDS are met, and seek justify if KPIs were not met.
- Provide guidance and drive CSDS initiatives within the BU / Dept
- Inform and monitor and drive Year on Year CSDS Audit and KPI submission for BU / Dept
- Responsible for the uphold governance of the CSDS Quality Manual
- Facilitate BU / Dept De-centralised trainings & CSDS workshop
- To instill Continuous Improvement mindset, he / she shall be responsible to work with key stakeholders to establish, review, and analyze the KPIs that forms the fundamental of prioritizing and solving the problems for a better result in a continuous cycle
- Review of work processes to strive for continuous improvement
- Sustains high standard of Quality Performance
- As a catalyst, he / she is expected to be ready to drive CHANGE at all times Qualification
- Bachelors of Science in Engineering or Quality related field is preferred.Experience
- Willing to travel to different Client sites.
- Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) is required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of Lean Six Sigma experience with hands on experience - Planning, Implementing, Coaching and Mentoring
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Project Management, Performance Improvement, and Business Management related experience
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing Quality Management System
- Exemplary interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing organizational goals.
