Western Health at Home’s Custodial Health Unit is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Data and Reporting Lead to join our team supporting care for individuals at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC). This pivotal role is essential to support the program meeting reporting requirements and contributing directly to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services to the patient population at DPFC.

**Key Responsibilties**:

- Ensure all performance and clinical data is accurately collected, maintained, and reported in line with Department of Justice and Western Health requirements.
- Prepare and deliver reports, including KPMs, internal performance metrics, workforce training data, and ad-hoc reports as required.
- Support the Operations and Nurse Unit Managers with insights into patient flow and service delivery performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity and continuous improvement in reporting processes.
