Data and Reporting Specialist | Work on a new project in an ASX listed company

**Your new company**
A leading Australian energy infrastructure business. Listed on the ASX, they own and/or manage and operate a diverse portfolio of gas, electricity, solar and wind assets. Their purpose is to strengthen communities through responsible energy and deliver approximately half the nation’s gas usage and connect Victoria with other states.

**Your new role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data and Reporting Specialist to join the team to support the Reporting, Data and Security Lead role in the delivery of people reporting and data management services across the People, Safety and Culture function of the company.

You will:

- Develop new reports to support ADHOC requirements as well as manage the delivery of BAU reports.
- Support the design, implementation, testing and release of a new data lake and PowerBI Enterprise environment.
- Scope, define & maintain master data in people.connect
- Lead and coordinate large data reconciliations and bulk updates to support business processes and changes

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- In depth experience in report design, build and management for end-to-end HR, abreast with leading practice and trends in decision support, reporting standards and principle
- Experience in data governance and role-based security management in top tier, enterprise-wide cloud based systems
- Software experience in PowerBI, Chris21, Oracle HCM, SQL and Server Management Applications (ServiceNow) - Excellent documentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in an ASX listed company highly desirable
