Join a leading Telecommunications company to compile and report on customer data and proactively support stakeholders.

**Your new role**
- Analysing raw data spreadsheets
- Reporting on customer’s bill trends
- Generating quality customer reports
- Identify issues proactively and flag them to respective stakeholders
- Performing ad hoc and structured data analysis
- Implements best practices in data management to ensure the integrity of the data, and the quality of data processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in the Telecoms industry
- Ability in presenting the finding of the reports to customers via MS Teams
- Knowledge of SQL databases and Power BI preferred
- Attention to details a must
