**Your day at NTT DATA**

This role will be required to leverage skills and expertise to introduce new ideas and improve on existing solutions in line with established frameworks and governance.

This role plays an important part in how the organization shapes and performs data governance. Additionally, this role develops and implements data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to establish data governance best practices across the organization.

**What you'll be doing**

**Core Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**
- Design and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and strategies
- Lead complex data and analytics advisory engagements using modern agile methodologies
- Develop data-driven transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to drive data governance initiatives

**Technical Excellence**
- Architect comprehensive data governance solutions encompassing:

- Metadata management and data lineage
- Data quality and master data management
- Privacy and security compliance
- Data architecture and modelling
- Guide implementation of modern data platforms including data lakes, warehouses, and analytics solutions

**Business Impact**
- Drive business value through data-centric transformation initiatives
- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and solution development
- Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing
- Support pre-sales activities and proposal development

**Required Experience**:

- 7+ years in data governance implementation and strategy
- Proven track record of enterprise-wide data governance initiatives
- Experience with major data governance platforms (Purview, Collibra, Informatica, Alex Solutions)

**Required Technical Expertise**:

- Data Management:

- Architecture, Modeling, Metadata Management, Data Quality, MDM etc
- Governance:

- Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Controls, DAMA DmBOK
- Technology:

- Modern Data Platforms, BI, Data Science, AI Governance & Delivery

**Leadership & Communication**:

- Consultant and SME Persona
- Executive stakeholder management expertise
- Strong presentation and documentation skills
- Agile project delivery experience
- Team mentoring and development capabilities
