**About The Opportunity**
As a result of continued growth we have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead our talented product management team and oversee the growth and success of our Accessories category.
Your key focus in this pivotal role will be to thoroughly understand the levers of our dealers and users by delivering solutions to the AU market with the greatest commercial outcomes for Milwaukee.
**Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing your day to day will include**:
- Lead the product team to continually discover and leverage user insights that will improve existing products and surface new market and technology opportunities.
- Maintain an understanding of the global industry and competitive landscape to guide new product development
- Continually test pricing optimisation to maximise market positioning whilst improving profitability
- Work with Strategic Account Managers, Key Account Managers, Channel Managers and Shopper Marketing Managers to understand sales trends, drivers, and external influences
- Lead the product team to continually deliver new product roadmaps that enhances the Milwaukee value propositions
- Support the leadership team in budget and business planning process.
- Communicate and collaborate locally and globally to deliver successful product and technology launches.
- Refine and develop business processes to further improve product development and lifecycle management.
- Guide and lead the Strategic Account Managers and Key Account Manager through product presentations, pitches, range reviews, launch events, and other activities to ensure key account requirements are exceeded.
- Work cross functionally to develop customer journeys for key product categories.
- Negotiate and influence key stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve product initiatives
- Provide oversight and direction to all product teams, brand team, experience team, CS, CX and Service for new product launches
**About YOU**
You will have a strong proven background in a similar senior leadership role within Product Marketing or Account Management working for a fast paced, customer centric industry.
Your stakeholder engagement and ability to influence and motivate teams are amongst your key strengths in addition to the following skills/attributes:
- Experience in managing large / high growth product portfolios, sales experience and technical experience would be beneficial.
- Experience gained in account management or commercial marketing roles that require strong influencing skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate volatile business environments.
- Strong data and financial literacy and a proven ability to deliver winning strategies from conception to execution
- Ability to campaign a conceptual plan and engage people along the way
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
- High attention to detail, organised and the ability to multitask under pressure and working on numerous projects simultaneously
- Passion, dedication and commitment to marketing and communications with a great attitude that embraces a positive work culture and a healthy work ethic
