Accounts payable officer x2 | Temp or Perm | Port Melbourne | Fully office based | $70-75K + Super

**Your new company**
A world's leading manufacturer of products for the professional video, feature film and television industries is looking for two accounts payable officers to join the team of 3 on a permanent or temporary basis. They have offices and manufacturing sites across the globe, their products are used on many of the world's most acclaimed video productions, including many academy award winning films.

**Your new role**
- Processing of supplier invoices with attention to detail and accuracy
- Matching and verifying purchase orders to invoices
- Ability to communicate with suppliers and resolve queries.
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Scheduling and preparing payments
- Managing supplier ledgers of different currencies.
- Submit weekly estimates of funds required for Payment Runs
- Verifying Tax invoices, in accordance with GST requirements
- Processing of orders and prepayments
- Preparation of sales invoices
- Reconciliation of accounts

**What you'll need to succeed**
- MYOB system experience desirable (minimum of 8 months)
- High attention to detail
- Opened to a full-time office based working environment
- 1-2 years in similar role
- Full working rights NO restrictions
- Advanced MS Office skills; especially Excel
- Strong people and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
