**How will I help?**

The Service Manager - IT Asset Systems is accountable for supporting the successful running of Technology Asset Systems to support our business. This role reports to the Systems and Reporting Lead and sits within the Integrated Product Services area of the I&SM business unit of Customer Service & Technology. You can work flexibly while training to upskill on new tools and technologies.

Your key responsibilities may include:

- Supporting of Technology Asset systems day-to-day and during projects (upgrades).
- Automating and simplifying the tasks and processes.
- Scheduling and managing system changes.
- Developing ad-hoc scripts for data extracts/ updates.
- Ensuring adherence to process and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting and managing fixes, ensuring regular customer communication and feedback.
- Working daily within the System and Reporting team to ensure system health and assessing impact from any changes or failures.
- Consulting with asset managers and reporting teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Working with wider Infrastructure teams to deliver specific outcomes.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role, you will have deep understanding of Service Delivery Operations, excellent communication skills and an analytical approach to problem solving.

In addition to this, your skills may include:

- Five years’ experience in service delivery operations and a broad range of IT platforms and disciplines.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL framework.
- Expertise in MS SQL,.Net or similar
- Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools would be advantageous.
