**How will I help?**
The Westpac Group has a complex Information Technology environment that needs to deliver to the rapidly changing needs of our customers and employees, the ever-evolving IT landscape, and the Group's regulatory and statutory requirements.
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing operational governance, and delivering cost-effective and reliable IT services. Additionally, the role will be supporting the development, prioritisation, and recommendations for service quality improvement, driving continuous improvement and consistent delivery of quality service.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining positive relationship with customers.
- Overseeing Service Delivery within the business context.
- Managing conflicts and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Achieving the set projected cost-savings without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve and refine services.
- Building partnership and liaising with team leads to determine the services, delivery criteria and solutions for issues that may arise.

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role, you may need to have the following skills, education & personal attributes:
- Strong communications skills to be able to reach out and speak to other parts of the business confidently.
- Strong analytic mindset along any knowledge of Data Analytic and Visualisation tools, such as Power BI, Power Automate (Data Reporting) etc.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Basic VMWare Knowledge and SharePoint (Site Management).
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant technical certifications such as CCIE, MCSE would be desirable.
