Be part of the team, who help to promote a positive environment throughout our clients communities, located across the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, through the on-going maintenance of the grounds, gardens and general maintenance needs and engagement with the homeowners.
With two opportunities, both full time, permanent, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm. One is based at Meridan Plains and the other opportunity is working across all the facilities, across the Sunshine Coast, as such you will require your own reliable vehicle to be able to commute between them all.
**Position Description**:
- Responsible for maintenance of the grounds, gardens including weed spraying, pool, and other common areas
- Maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Cleaning of recreation and common areas
- Ensuring the environment is safe for both staff and homeowners
- Oversee on-site security
- Other ad hoc, general tasks as required
**Position Requirements**:
- Experienced in landscaping and/or garden maintenance and support, or may have recently completed a Horticulture/Landscaping (or similar) studies but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in general maintenance
- Preferably experience within a community/lifestyle environment such as caravan parks, facilities, schools, motels/hotels
- Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
