**The Star Gold Coast currently has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Facilities Supervisor on a 3-month Max Term Full Time Contract.**

As the** Facilities Supervisor**, you will be responsible for the coordination of personnel in the Property Operations team to achieve successful completion of maintenance works at The Star Gold Coast.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Supporting the Property Operations Management team in providing leadership and direction regarding the operational aspects of the department
- Co-ordinate resource requirements during each shift to ensure that the business demands are met.
- Supervise the relevant operational functions of the Property Operations Team, to achieve the department’s objectives in conjunction with division and company objectives.
- Complete workshop and field inspections and coordinate routine inspections and maintenance of workshop equipment.
- Set specific performance objectives (yearly, monthly, and daily basis) for direct reports and supervise the performance of team members.
- Assist with the co-ordination, prioritisation, and scheduling of work orders between other departments and Property Operations.
- Supervise and troubleshoot in the event of building problems
- Make recommendations to the Property Operations Manager to maximise revenue and minimise costs throughout the department in order to meet company and division budgets.
- Provide reporting on shift labour, productivity, and staffing levels.
