**About the role**
Based at **Vantage Caboolture Riverfront**, this role is responsible for ensuring the facilities at our lifestyle community meet the Vantage standards and expectations of our community.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Managing or completing of day-to-day community maintenance works to ensure community presentation and operations are maintained in line with Vantage standards and budget and legal compliance requirements. This includes **gardening, landscaping, basic repairs, pool testing and servicing, communal facilities cleaning**:

- Identifying and escalating critical maintenance / repair issues
- Maintaining assets, plan. machinery and equipment in line with relevant maintenance schedules
- Management of external contractor / service providers within budget

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in **Facilities Management, Maintenance / Community Caretaker roles preferably in LLC, Retirement Living, Holiday Parks, Property Managemen**t or related industries.
- Ability to complete physically demanding tasks and work outdoors
- Knowledge of garden and pool maintenance
- Understanding of WHS&E requirements as relevant to management and maintenance of residential communities
- Knowledge and understanding of technical systems that contract and support communities such as fire and security systems.

**In addition, you will have**:

- Current valid 'class c' drivers licence
- Previous trade experience or qualification (highly regarded)
- WHS&E Certificate or qualification (highly regarded)
