We have an exciting opportunity Spice Temple Sydney is currently undergoing an exciting refurbishment, we’re looking for an experienced **Bar Manager** to lead our newly revamped venue.

We value a positive attitude and a proactive mindset. We need someone who doesn’t just spot the problems but eagerly embraces the challenge of solving them.

**Skills Set**: WSET certification is highly regarded, experience in premium bar operations in a management role, and expertise in beverage menu development and innovation
**Versatile Oversight**: Ability to manage both the bar and the service on the bar floor. As we plan to use the bar area for diners when our restaurant is full, experience in stepping out from behind the bar to oversee the floor is crucial. You’ll need to identify and resolve issues effectively while working alongside wait staff.
**Venue Management**: Previous experience with opening and closing procedures is highly valued. You may be rostered as the closing manager on some evenings, which involves cashing up and securing the venue.
**Leadership**: A hands-on leader who is not afraid to get behind the bar and work alongside the team.
**Staff Development**: Experience in developing and mentoring staff is essential. We’re looking for someone passionate and patient, who sees potential in our current team and is excited to enhance their skills and careers.
