We are partnering with a respected and established boutique Insurance firm in Brisbane CBD who are looking to grow their team with an experienced Claims Administrator. This is a full time position close to public transport in a high performing and collaborative team.
**The Role**:
As a claims administrator you will manage claims from lodgment to settlement in line with policy terms and conditions while adhering to relevant legislation while providing an exceptional level of customer service to your clients at all time.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and analyze claims in line with policy terms and conditions
- Analyze and assess claims fairly
- Investigate and manage claim disputes
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Preparation and sending of professional documentation to client's and insurers
- Followup of outstanding information/documentation from insurers and/or client's
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience assessing claims in general insurance
- Be customer focused with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to provide an exceptional experience to clients
- Strong emotional intelligence while being able to empathize
- Provide both written and verbal follow ups to clients, stakeholders and third parties
- Practical understanding of insurance industry, desirable
