Good Vibes Yoga is searching for a talented individual to lead guest care, manage our studios and develop and support a team of exceptional humans. You would be part of a conscious company that values health and well-being.

With a global reputation, Good Vibes Yoga is one of Australia’s most highly regarded yoga studios. Authenticity, creativity, community and sustainability are our brand's heart. We offer a premium service with around eighty yoga classes weekly across our two studios. We are known for our attention to detail and exceptional client experience. We are a growing company with a team of around twenty-five unique individuals.

Overview

As Studio Manager, you will own all aspects of one of our Collingwood yoga studio. A background in the wellness/fitness industry is not required. We are looking for a dynamic, conscious individual who will take pride in embodying our ethos of exceptional guest experiences and be able to inspire and support your team to do the same.

You’ll play a major role in overseeing guest care, nurturing their journey and becoming a face our community recognises and loves. You'll get excited about our mission and will love integrating the ideas and plans of our founder. You will handle the daily operations, playing a key role in maintaining our positive workplace culture, and will also help improve the functionality and business processes of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee/coordinate day-to-day company operations.

Lead guest care procedures.

Provide continuous support and regular check-ins to our studio team.

Train new studio team members and support existing team members to grow.

Assist with class sign-in and maintain studio cleanliness.

Manage our inbox, guest comms and leads.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role.

You have an excellent mind for operations and logistics.

You have a proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management and business practices.

Experience with Mindbody Online Software and/or sales and marketing is a plus.
