Our community is growing and we're looking to add more talent to our existing team of coaches

We are looking for an epic Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our studio in Collingwood. We're after a coach who understands the importance of relationship-building inside a studio and truly loves coaching.

The members of our team are the face of our business - the whole team enjoys bonuses for membership growth, not just the sales or admin team We recognise that our Coaches are the lifeblood of our business and are critical to the growth of our member base.

Our team cover all bases in regards to delivering an exceptional member experience, from making members feel welcome the moment they step into our studio, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 50-minute workouts. As a team, we all play an active role in recruiting new members to our community and work together to retain our existing ones.

Our coaches are knowledgeable in guiding our members in the use of our state-of-the-art heart rate technology and assisting with body transformation challenges. BFT coaches use their knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times… and use their great personalities to make BFT the best training experience anywhere

At BFT we’re always striving to deliver exceptional service. We offer a number of professional development courses that provide our team members with the skills and knowledge of our programming and make sure they're equipped with the right tools when they take the floor. This role has the scope to grow as the business continues to grow, our existing team will speak to the fact that we want to see our team thrive and always look to provide opportunities of career growth for those that are hungry for it With multiple BFT studios in our portfolio, we continue to see our teams develop and are regularly recognised for being a Top Performing studio in the BFT network. Further to that, the BFT network as a whole has over 330 studios open globally with another 300+ territories sold and soon to be opened all over the world.

The current position available requires a minimum commitment of Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings with additional hours available on top of these shifts. Your roster will include 3- to 5-hour shifts, either morning or afternoon, with flexibility around your schedule and other commitments.

The role would be ideal for someone who is looking for ~15-20 hours of work per week.

ABOUT YOU

You'll have the following experience and qualities...

- Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training (ideally minimum 2 years experience)
- Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness or higher
- Drive and discipline to work within a team
- Ability to build an awesome member community
- Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Have exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
- Passion for the health and fitness industry and want to change people’s lives

As part of our team, you will work alongside our Studio Manager, our Head Coach and other coaches within the team. As a team, we all work together to help achieve the studio’s member growth and profitability aspirations.
