We have a new opportunity for a mid-level communications professional to join the expanding NSW Government Agency.

This role offers critical support to high profile communications projects and strategies to ensure maximum impact with the customers.

The team is part of the Delivery and Transformation division and is responsible for the strategic direction of customer-centric communications across the NSW Government.

In this newly created Communications Advisor role, you'll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders from NSW Government communications teams on data-led communications strategies to drive measurable results.

You will proactively bring best-practice communications plans to life across a diverse range of channels and networks in collaboration with senior team members. You'll also be part of a flexible and supportive team who deliver high-quality results and have fun along the way, with a significant scope for professional development opportunities.

Necessary experience:

- Experience executing communications activity across a range of channels (including marketing, media, stakeholder engagement and more)
- Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders to deliver communications plans.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills allowing you to create material for a range of audiences.
- Experience with project management, including identifying ways to continuously improve.
- Tertiary qualifications in fields such as public relations, marketing, communications or journalism
