**About the role**
Are you passionate about telling stories? Connecting people and communities and creating deep engagement?

GrainCorp’s Corporate Affairs team communicates with over 1500 employees and thousands more of our customers and communities in a variety of ways, no matter where they are.

We need your many talents to help craft and manage engaging digital content, frequently working with key stakeholders across the company to move projects from idea to execution. You will create and schedule high-impact campaigns and content across our digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, our internal newsletters and reports, CEO communications and more.

Day-to-day, you can expect to:

- Deliver creative communications demonstrating excellent writing skills, compelling storytelling, clarity of message and understanding of audience
- Develop social media content and communities, supporting film and photography shoots and events, as required
- Advise key functions and related partners by recommending the best communication approach, method and tools
- Partner with internal and external providers to ensure alignment of messaging and coordination of processes for timely execution
- Coordinate the production of communication assets (video, imagery, etc.) needed to support each piece of work
- Review past projects and results to identify wins/learnings for business process improvements and influence internal change management.

**About your experience**
Our ideal colleague has a degree in journalism, digital communications or public relations experience coupled with a proven background in producing and managing compelling content across social media and other digital platforms.

We’re also looking for:

- An abundance of creative ideas to engage our people, customers, and community; highlight the work we do; and the attention to detail so we get it right
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media management, campaign marketing, website analytics / reporting, SEO)
- Ability to craft messages for an international business with insight and sensitivity to cultural influences
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams under strict deadlines
- Active collaborator who engages with partners to make work better through an iterative approach.
