Sydney, Australia Easy Authoring Full time

**6 months contract role with possible extension.**:

- **Daily pay rate up to $545/day plus Super.**:

- **Hybrid work arrangement (WFH + Sydney office).**

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will coordinate communications and manage digital media channels. Support the implementation and ongoing utilisation of new contracts and initiatives and build awareness and compliance with policies and processes.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Develop and implement communications plans and campaigns for operational communications and current and new initiatives.
- Write and distribute a wide range of communications, including newsletters, information bulletins, and corporate materials.
- Support the design and implementation of relevant intranet and internet sites and manage and update their content.
- Plan, develop and publish a stream of regular content updates for relevant social and digital media channels.
- Maintain and update information on communications policies and processes on the internet and in relevant manuals, documents, and templates.
- Manage and maintain relevant communication processes and guidelines.
- Coordinating a high volume of ad hoc requests for communications support while maintaining a program of scheduled communications and publications.
- Ensuring that messages are articulated clearly to build high levels of awareness around policies and activities.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years of experience in communications would be highly desirable.
- A good understanding of social media channels.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheets, Salesforce, Power BI, Website analytics, Adobe Suite, and website content management system would be ideal.
- Ability to prepare reports, forecasts, and content team briefs for clients.
