As the Spa Manager at The Darling Spa, you will report to the General Manager Hotels while overseeing a passionate team, enhancing guest experiences, and optimising financial performance. Your leadership will ensure that every guest departs feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalised.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Leading and motivating our spa team members to continuously deliver five-star service
- Overseeing financial performance by efficiently managing inventory, controlling costs, monitoring profit and loss, and optimising staffing levels to ensure sustainable wage expenses
- Designing strategic marketing plans to meet sales targets
- Developing and training your team
- Communicating with business stakeholders to ensure guest satisfaction is consistently achieved

**What are we looking for**:

- A strong understanding of spa operations and team management, with a proven track record in delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Proven experience in the beauty industry, complemented by a strong passion for wellness and luxury services
- Previous leadership experience demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide teams towards collective success
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, embracing the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry and prioritising operational excellence
