The Spa Supervisor, reporting to the Spa Manager, will assist in managing daily spa operations and support in leading a team of spa therapists, to ensure a serene and luxurious experience for each guest.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for The Darling Spa.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Support the Spa Manager in inspiring and motivating the team to consistently deliver exceptional five-star service
- Take a leadership role in team coordination and assist with all aspects of workforce planning
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of spa team members
- Liaise with key business stakeholders to ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction

**What we are looking for**:

- In-depth knowledge of spa operations and effective team leadership
- Proven background in the beauty and wellness industry
- Previous leadership experience is highly regarded
- Passionate and driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences

You are a confident and motivated leader with a passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences. With a solid background in spa or beauty operations, you bring a strong understanding of team management and day-to-day spa procedures.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our team at The Darling Spa.
