About the role

Carry out reception and administrative duties as required.

- Greet guests warmly and assist them effectively.

Coordinate with practitioners, therapists, and staff to maintain a harmonious environment.

Manage cash register operations, including balancing, closing procedures, and stock ordering.

Oversee retail sales as needed.

- Schedule appointments for services and ensure guests are directed appropriately.

Qualifications

- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
- Knowledge of Spa and Beauty treatments.
- Strong understanding of the Spa industry.
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Receptionist is required.
