About the roleThe passing of the Information Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023 (IPOLA) creates new obligations for agencies under both the Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act) and Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act).
As the Principal Privacy and Right to Information Officer, you will play a key role in shaping RSHQ's approach to the management of information, ensuring RSHQ is well placed to meet its new requirements. You will work with limited supervision to develop and implement systems and deliver training, advice and guidance across the agency.
