**The Opportunity**

We have an opportunity for a Content Development Specialist to join our Technology and Digital Delivery team on a full-time, 2 year fixed term contract.

We have a portfolio of transformational work to uplift Ramsay Australia with digital capability for patients, clinicians and staff. The development of cyber security capability with Ramsay Australia is a key program to ensure the full advantages of digital transformation are realised safely.

We are looking for a professional with considerable experience in strategic communications and developing engaging content to motivate behavioural change in a large and diverse audience.

**Key Accountabilities of the Role**
- Developing a wide range of audience specific communications collateral, including newsletters, posters, articles, presentations and others as needed
- Supporting the development of engagement and training activities
- Measuring effectiveness of communications and engagement activities
- Gathering stakeholder feedback and using insights to improve communications and engagement activities

**Your Essential Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience developing strategic communications across a range of channels to a large, distributed and diverse audience
- Photoshop and digital design skills
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and managing stakeholder feedback in a curious, respectful and constructive manner
- Experience planning and scheduling a busy program of online and face to face stakeholder engagements
- Work in a collaborative manner with vendors, business and technology teams
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Understanding of cyber security
- Understanding of change management principles
- Understanding of instructional design principles
