Sydney, Australia Catering Project Full time

Catering Project is seeking a Customer Service Agent to work with as part of the sales team to assist in-bound client requests and orders.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting on key metrics to provide insight into the success rate of outbound marketing efforts & current customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback and input into areas for development in terms of new products and offerings based off consumer feedback and frontline information.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
1 years experience in a similar role will be essential.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Successful track record in managing workload and KPIs

Highly organised and motivated to succeed

Interest in hospitality and food services

Excellent Customer Service skills required

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
