Be the face of **Civic Quarter**.
We’re on the lookout for a confident and proactive **Corporate Concierge** to be the first point of contact at **Hub Civic Quarter**and **Civic Quarter Business Centre** in Canberra. As the friendly face that tenants and guests interact with daily, you’ll play a vital role in shaping first impressions and ensuring smooth, secure, and polished experiences throughout the space. We are looking for a **full-time** team member (**6 months FTC**).
With your warm and professional approach, you’ll help maintain building standards, manage daily operations, and foster a safe and welcoming workplace environment.
What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to):
- Be the go-to contact for tenants and visitors, providing top-tier customer service and maintaining a welcoming front desk presence.
- Coordinate and support the smooth operation of our Serviced Meeting Spaces (SMS), including bookings, set-up, catering, and basic tech troubleshooting.
- Ensure all front-of-house and shared spaces remain clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Support communication and engagement through the CQ Tenant Portal and keep essential information updated.
- Liaise with contractors, cleaners, and internal teams to maintain building standards and address any issues quickly and efficiently.
**Qualifications**
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role - ideally in concierge, corporate reception, facilities, or security.
- Brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills to every interaction.
- Demonstrates a commitment to both exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, secure workplace environment.
- Is confident using CRM systems, has basic tech troubleshooting ability, and enjoys refining systems and procedures.
- Can juggle priorities, stay composed under pressure, and always bring a polished, professional demeanour.
- Takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for presentation, detail, and continuous improvement.
