**Security Officer for Concierge**

We are offering full time employment to Security personnel interested in working for various Government clients at locations throughout the metropolitan area.
- Level 2-4 SSIA wages plus allowances
- Static Security Officer working rotational day/night 12-hour rosters.
- Work life balance with every second weekend off.
- No previous experience required, but customer service skills are essential

We are seeking licensed Security Officers for full time employment to be placed in to short
- and long-term assignments within our Government clients. With multiple clients within the area, we can tailor your working roster for one location or provide training across multiple sites. We work with your availability and interests.

Generally positioned at the entry point, you will be the first person to welcome staff, visitors and customers to the location and in representing both the client and Wilson Security, you will display exceptional customer service behaviours to add to the positive experience of all persons. In addition, your role is to provide a safety and security presence as well as observe and report any event likely to impact the sense of security your presence provides.

There are multiple locations and positions available for self-motivated and customer service focussed individuals who are seeking Fulltime, Part-time or Casual employment.

**To be considered, you MUST hold the correct licences/certification**:

- Are an Australian Citizen
- A current and valid ACT Security Licence
- A current and valid ACT Driver’s Licence or access to suitable public transport
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- A current and valid First Aid Certificate
- A Working with Vulnerable People Card - WWVP

**In addition to the above, you MUST have**:

- Must be available to work fixed roster, 7 shifts per fortnight including every second weekend
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills - both verbal and written
- Are motivated, determined, punctual and reliable
- The ability to handle and manage challenging/conflicting situations
- The ability to comply with all policies and procedures
