**PEOPLE & CULTURE ADVISOR - RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS**

As a commercially savvy and influential HR Advisor, this role drives change, influences people outcomes and builds understanding of the right practices across the business and teams. With the bulk of the focus on operational HR - on the ground and working with Retail teams, leaders and staff alike to build knowledge, awareness and passion for strong people practices to proactively pre-empt issues; whilst dually addressing cases as they come up.

**What will you be responsible for you ask?**
- Work on Retail HR Caseload including investigations, Performance Management, Misconduct, Mental Health and Preventative consultations with the retail teams
- Play lead on our HR Roadshow project (Travel will be required for this role)
- Be the HR representative on the ground - set the tone and lead the way on how HR is practiced
- Work with wider HR team to constantly improve HR practice, process and systems/tools by staying curious and thinking big picture
- Work with People & Culture Business Partner - Retail Operations to drive culture of learning and building capability with key initiatives to uplift understanding of HR legislation, practice, policy and processes - especially across Retail and Regional teams
- Work with wider P&C team to embed strong and meaningful onboarding and induction workflows
- Strong focus on business partnering and coaching Retail Operations team to ensure Bonus, Rem and Reward aligns to performance through a culture of feedback, transparency and honesty
