
Accounts and Office Administration Assistant

**Job Summary**:
All Rounder role including but not limited to support in Accounting function, Projects and Tendering section and general office assistance.
Whilst working in a small team this is also an autonomous role for a self motivated, driven individual who takes pride in achieving successful outcomes with accurate and detailed work.
The role will include functions such as:
- Data colation, checking and entry into the accounts system
- Maintaining and updating data in Excel spreadsheets
- Creating O & M Manuals
- Setting up and processing project folders
- Generating and circulating Safe Work Method Statements and related documents
- Ad hoc general assistance as may be required from time to time to maintain job cover
Previous experience in flooring or a construction related environment would be advantageous
All training will be provided inhouse as required
Own vehicle will be required as there is no public transport in the area. Staff parking is available on site.
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday.
