**Your Organisation**
As a well-renowned holdings group within the hospitality and hotels sector, our client owns and runs multiple hotels and taverns around the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.
The team within their Ashmore location on the Gold Coast are seeking additional support on a temporary basis. You’ll enjoy free parking onsite and a close-knit, dynamic environment.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Group Accountant, you will work closely alongside another Office Administrator, a Marketing Officer and a Stock Controller to assist in getting the day-to-day administration completed in a timely manner.
Your duties will include:
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Assisting in payroll processing
- Reconciliation of cash and EFTPOS
- Banking
- Assisting in stock management and control
- Data entry
- Liaising with hotel management, staff and external suppliers
The hours of this role will be 7.30am-4.00pm Monday to Friday for an expected period of 3 months with view for extension.
**About You**
This role will require an all-round administrator who has experience with accounts and an ability to operate autonomously when required. You will demonstrate strong initiative, ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks with a sense of urgency.
