About the role
- You could be a qualified Diploma or ECT with experience as a Room Leader. We are flexible as to your qualification and will match your salary to suit your skills and experience.
- Be part of a collaborative teaching environment
- Working closely with our amazing Management team you will be part of a friendly, secure and stimulating learning environment in our Nursery room (0 - 2 years) that caters for up to 16 children per day.
- Staffing Ratio of 1:4 with time off the floor for curriculum planning
- Regular excursions with the children to the many city landmarks such as the Botanic Gardens, Hyde Park, Martin Place etc.
- Ongoing mentoring and support from a hands on Management team who respect, value and personally develop you
- Access to sector Industry leading training and professional development through the Explore & Develop group that includes mentor programs, conferences and regular training programs
- Flexibility with rostering and shifts
- Access to free counselling through our Employee Assistance Program.

Essential qualifications for the role:

- Diploma (ACECQA Approved) (minimum)
- Current Approved Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved) or be willing to obtain
- Current Child Protection Training is desirable.

- Good understanding of the NQF - National Regulations, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year depending on experience
