This pivotal role will lead the operational backbone of our B2B retail electricity business, ensuring excellence in systems, processes, and people to support scalable, compliant, and customer-focused growth. - You’ll drive the strategic direction of operational platforms, champion continuous improvement, and ensure operational integrity across billing, customer transfers, metering and more. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of B2B energy operations in a dynamic and growing business. Key Responsibilities - Lead strategic direction across B2B operational functions, aligning systems and processes to business goals - Own the roadmap for operational platforms (billing & CIS), ensuring scalability and resilience - Oversee revenue assurance, billing accuracy, metering, and market processes - Drive cost efficiencies through process optimisation and vendor performance - Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence - Ensure regulatory compliance and proactively manage operational risks - Champion system enhancements, automation, and integration with adjacent platforms - Deliver actionable reporting and insights to leadership teams - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable change **About You** You’re a seasoned leader with deep expertise in B2B retail electricity operations and a passion for driving operational excellence.
