**About the role**

WesTrac is seeking an experienced Trades Assistant to join our Undercarriage and Track Shop team

You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our supportive environment, with the possibility of additional training and upskilling to expand your capabilities. These positions provide an excellent foundation for those seeking a career in the Heavy Industry, offering valuable hands-on experience and a clear pathway for advancement within the company.

**The important stuff..**
- Roster: 5DO2DO x2, 5NO2NO x 2
- Hourly rates: $35.52+
- Overtime rates: $53.28+

**What are we looking for?**
- Current forklift license **essential**:

- Mechanical aptitude & experience in the heavy industry **essential**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal/teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work competently unsupervised
- Positive, can-do attitude
