**Essential Criteria**:

- Mechanical aptitude and interest in the Construction and Mining Industry
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Dedicated commitment to safety and quality Assurance
- Able to work competently unsupervised
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role in a mechanical industry
- Welding qualification or experience will be highly regarded

**Roster’s and Remuneration**:
**Option 1: Monday - Friday (rotating days/nights)**
- Roster Pattern: 2 weeks of days, followed by 2 weeks of nights. Day shift: 0600-1630, Night shift: 1600- 0230
- Hourly Rate: $35.52 OT: $53.28 (paid when you clock over 50hrs e.g. 4x 12 hours shifts Mon-Thurs, you would click in to OT after your first 2 hours on the Friday)
- Annual: $92,352 (before super) $102,048 (with super)

**Option 2: Lifestyle Roster (15/28)
- working only half the year**
- Roster Pattern: Complete your nights in 1 swing, every 3 weeks 12-hour shifts
- Day shift: 0600-1830, Night shift: 1800-0630
- Hourly Rate: $35.52 OT Rate: $53.28 (paid on any hours worked outside your rostered shifts)
- Annual: $83,116 (before super) $91,844 (with super)
