**Your Path With Us**:
As an experienced Software Engineering Leader, you'll lead and guide a talented group of engineers in developing our product, Objective RegWorks - a software tailored for regulation, compliance, and enforcement that empowers precise decisions, boosts productivity and elevates safety.

**A Day in Your Role**:

- Lead a team of developers and test analysts.
- Plan, execute, monitor and successfully deliver new product releases to our SaaS customers.
- Motivate and energise your team. Provide clear goals and context.
- Work closely with our product management team to ensure we build the best RegTech products.
- Continually improve processes, implement best practices in software development and drive our QA strategy.
- Facilitate and contribute to technical decisions.
- Navigate complex endeavours, launch innovations and lead strategic initiatives

**Your Skills and Beyond**:

- A strong leader capable of building a highly creative and productive environment reinforcing the team culture of accountability and outcome-driven mindset
- Deep understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical challenges, goals, and solutions.
- Experience in a SaaS product environment highly desirable
