Our client, a privately owned strata management company with offices across Australia's East Coast, is currently hiring a customer service / administration professional to join their Client Solutions team on a full-time basis.

**The Position**

This is a unique, fast paced opportunity working in a friendly and supportive team. This role offers a refreshing change for individuals eager to transition away from the conventional call centre environment.

**About You**

You will have excellent telephone manner and communication skills and the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with the team, other departments and offices. You will also have:

- An eye for detail and be a bit of a perfectionist.
- An enquiring mind to identify and solve procedural and system questions.
- Advanced computer skills in software systems and generally technology savvy
- Excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Above all, you will be a dedicated team player who considers customer service a high priority, both internally and externally.
