Qantas Freight is Australia’s largest independent air freight services business, moving over 4000 air freight shipments across more than 500 destinations globally.
As an Agent _Freight Operations_, If successful - you would deliver total customer satisfaction through the accurate and efficient processing of export & Import flight documentation and administration duties associated with the delivery and acceptance of Import and Export Freight (Domestic and International)
You’ll have
- Previous experience in a logistics, freight or airline environment is desirable but not essential- The ability to work a 7 day rotational shift roster including night shifts- Previous face-to-face customer service skills and experience (desirable but not essential)- The ability to work as a team or independently- Attention to detail- Strong time management skills- The ability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Acceptance Certification- An open Drivers licence and the ability to obtain an Air-side Drivers Licence- Cleared and met all requirements of an ASIC
