**Your new company**
Established in 1990, this Australian owned and operated business specializes in Customs Clearances, International Freight logistics and Project Cargo. **Your new role**
- Communicating with overseas agents, clients and suppliers
- Import/Export sea & air freight job registrations, followed by general freight forwarding processes
- Liaising with shipping lines, co-loaders & airlines
- Qualifying, & raising tax invoices to clients
- Managing client order status reports
- Answering and qualifying general inquiries
- Transport Bookings
- Customer Service and End to End account management
- Internal sales (phone enquiries and providing quotes to customers) - Training & support offered
- Ensure Compliance with Australian Customs & Quarantine. Working directly with the Customs Brokers to assist in smooth clearance processes

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have a couple of years’ experience in freight forwarding industry
- Experience in Cyberfreight software is preferable, if not, and have used EDI/Cargowise etc, Cyberfreight is easy to pick-up.
- Must be able to take Initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent organisational skills (important)
- Must have strong communication skills
- Organisational skills is a must; and the ability to prioritise, plan ahead and delegate work if necessary
- Must be a team player capable of supporting current staff.
- Willingness to learn new job tasks & skills
- Developed communication and customer service skills (verbal & written)
- Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to help with other office duties
