**The Opportunity**

We have a great opportunity for an OHS Coordinator looking for the next step in their career. This is a 6-month fixed term contract based in the South-eastern suburbs and provides the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team operating to implement best practice safety standards.

**Key Responsibility Areas**
- Support Managers and wider organisation to find solutions to OHS issues and concerns, and ensure compliance with OHS legislative requirements, organisational policies and procedures.
- Oversee investigation of any breaches in OHS compliance and review investigative outcomes and recommendations.
- Ensure relevant organizational policies and practices are reflective of industry standards.
- Preparation and coordination of written reports to ensure compliance with corporate and external reporting responsibilities.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- National Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Check
- Victorian Driver’s License
- Relevant qualification in OH&S or related discipline with demonstrated experience working hands-on in an OH&S environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OHS legislation.
- Highly developed written skills and ability to prepare reports, submissions, and policy papers.
- Demonstrated ability to identify innovative solutions to manage OHS risks.
