With ongoing expansion in our past and our future, we are now increasing our People and Capability (P&C) team as Icon prepares to further accelerate our already impressive growth trajectory.

A newly created Head of P&C Business Partnering role now exists to provide strategic P&C leadership to executive and senior leaders in the pharmacy and pharmaceutical compounding divisions of our organisation. Representing roughly half of Icon’s 3000-strong workforce, our pharmacy and compounding businesses are successful, expanding, and scalable.
- People Strategy and translation into P&C annual implementation plans
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Senior Leadership Development
- Organisational Design and Architecture
- Talent Identification and Succession

With significant and exciting opportunities for growth within Australia and in multiple markets abroad, the role is ripe for a senior HR practitioner with extensive experience in large, complex, customer and service focused, commercial organisations. If you’ve been in a similar role, providing strategic and tactical advice to high level executives, implementing HR initiates and programs and navigating the complexities of an organisation that simply cannot sit still, we’d love to hear from you.

This a permanent full time position with flexibility for the role to be located in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
