P&C Business Partner

**Employment Type**: Temporary and Talent Pool opportunities
**Location**: Flexible/hybrid working arrangements available across NSW, with some travel to Sydney metro locations required from time to time (negotiable)
**Grade**: Clerk Grade 7/8
**Salary Range**: $110,266 to $122,058 p.a. base salary dependent on experience, plus superannuation

**The opportunity**

We are excited to share with you the fantastic opportunity to join our team as a **P&C Business Partner**, partnering with the _‘front door to NSW Government’_ - Service NSW, as it supports the citizens, businesses, and communities of NSW.

**What you will bring to this role**

You are an experienced people practitioner who thrives in a highly connected and collaborative team, and:

- Has exceptional case management skills with the ability to coach people leaders to work with health and performance related matters, resolve conflict and negotiate complex workforce issues.
- Can provide evidence-based HR advice across the entire employee lifecycle through a comprehensive understanding of both people and culture best practice, and government policy and process.
- Can partner with leaders, team members, and People & Culture Centres of Excellence to navigate and resolve complex ER/IR matters through a lens of empathy and care.
- Has experience across fields such as role design, project coordination, leader coaching, and data analysis and insights.
- Is passionate about problem solving, motivated to understand, advise, and provide project support to strategic programs of work.
- Has strong listening and communication skills to engage and deeply collaborate with stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast paced work environment providing frank and fearless advice, but also knows when to reach out to team mates for support.
