**NICISA Valuers is a rapidly growing national valuation firm with offices across Australia. With an experienced team of professionals who takes pride in delivering excellence, NICISA Valuers has a new opportunity for a CPV Valuer to join our Brisbane office.**

We are seeking an enthusiastic team member driven to succeed. Nicisa Valuers offer the following,

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are open to full time, part time, casual and contract applicants.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Conducting property inspections, including measurements;
- Conduct research on comparable property sales and other pertinent information;
- Evaluation and data analysis, including financial analysis and cash flow modelling;
- The compilation of Valuation reports, supported by appropriate commentary;
- Update the internal database;
- Monitor and highlight issues in relation to risk and compliance;
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders.
- Completing or having completed tertiary qualifications in Property or a related discipline
- CPV Qualification
- API membership
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Current driver’s license
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent research and data analysis capability
- Disciplined and organised with strong attention to detail
- Fervent desire to develop skills and knowledge
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
