About This Role

This role involves delivering expert property guidance, project leadership, report writing, and stakeholder management for clients in the Queensland market.

  • Property advisory: Provide detailed property insights to support client decision-making.
  • Project delivery: Lead teams to achieve project goals, develop business cases, and create financial models.
  • Report creation: Produce high-quality reports with actionable analysis and recommendations.
  • Relationship building: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to project development.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years experience demonstrating expertise in property investment, portfolio management, or real estate advisory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for various project and client situations.
  • Critical thinking, project management, and team leadership abilities.
  • Tertiary qualification in property, finance, commerce, or a related field.

Desirable skills include experience with residential or mixed-use developments, portfolio management, and valuations, as well as an understanding of government decision-making processes.
