**Who are we**

Australian Native Products (ANP) pioneered the commercial farming of lemon and anise myrtle in 1998, and has grown to be the largest grower and exporter of lemon myrtle in the world, with multiple farms/offices across NSW and QLD.

ANP has all parts of supply chain under one roof and is the go-to ingredient supplier to the tea, food & beverage, cosmetics, nutraceutical and health food industries worldwide.

Our purpose is to help people “nourish through nature” by commercialising Australian botanicals through their incredible flavour, aroma and functional properties.

You will be joining a bunch of creators - creating new products, creating business solutions, creating customer value; through this process, ultimately, you will create your own success and future.

**What’s the role**

Reporting to the General Manager you will become an expert in Australian Native Products and our production capabilities, technologies and R&D expertise and use this knowledge and your natural ability to win others over to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience converting qualified leads, the ability to speak in terms of value and show no hesitation when it comes to closing deals. We will provide you with coaching and the freedom to do this with amazing products in a fast growth space via a motivating and rewarding culture.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney Metro (hybrid) or Melbourne (WFH).

**Responsibilities of this role**
- Understand the attributes of our products, the production process and Unique Selling Proposition
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities and manage a pipeline of future business
- Develop strong relationships provide insights/solutions/value to prospects and create demand
- Deliver effective sales pitches, provide quotes and sell products to new markets and customers
- Follow through the entire sales cycle with sound records management
- Manage a large number of customer profiles with varying product life cycles
- Develop a strong understanding of market trends, distribution channels and buyer behaviour (B2B)
- Inform the leadership team on emerging channels and market and customer needs
- Work with sales/business management to deliver our growth strategy

**Who are you**
- Passionate about using natural alternatives in everyday products
- Experience working in agile or start-up/scale-up environments
- Motivated and hungry for success - skilled in developing business with new leads and in closing deals
- Self-starter who thrives with problem solving and influencing decision making
- Informed by data and comfortable using technology (i.e., CRM) to plan your sales approach
- Energised through human interaction, a strong communicator, negotiator and presenter
- Positive and curious minded, open to feedback and continuous growth/improvement
- Ideal: B2B experience selling food, cosmetic or personal care ingredients into the Australian market (or beyond)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
